Beyond the beautiful granite counter tops they installed, they gave us advice on how to maintain the shine, what cleaning products to use and even great advice on matching cabinetry. He was very knowledgeable about the various kinds, he ensured we had samples we could take back and forth, and he was prompt in responding to all of our questions and very personable. We were purchasing a new home and shopping for granite companies at the home show. we signed up with a company who seemed great at the time but turned out to be a nightmare. we had called elite shortly after to see if they could help us out.
